Insight AwareAlison Osborne
I bring more than 30 years of experience working in organisations and corporations, alongside a background in psychology, coaching and counselling. My work helps people understand how they lead and build the skills to do it with greater awareness and purpose.

Experience inside organisations
I have worked with teams on psychological safety and shared direction, and with managers and mentors on the skills that help others grow. That includes learning when to listen, when to offer direction and how to give people room to exercise their own judgement.
I help groups make open conversation useful: bringing people from different levels of an organisation into discussions that lead to clearer decisions and action. Alongside this, I have supported individuals at all levels through coaching and counselling, and taught coaching skills to managers and other professionals.
I have developed and led workshops for groups ranging from 10 to 1,000 participants, online and in person, adapting the format to the audience. Warmth and humour matter in my work. There is room for spontaneity, for people to surprise themselves, and for serious conversations without everyone having to be solemn.
