The territory

Develop the habits that shape how people work together.

Under sustained pressure, attention narrows. Communication becomes more reactive. Teams can become busy without becoming effective.

The work goes deeper into the habits behind those responses and the conditions leaders create around them. Regulation is part of that, alongside listening, giving direction and making space for others to contribute and take responsibility.

In the room

People need more than another explanation of pressure.

My sessions combine clear psychological framing with reflection, dialogue and carefully chosen embodied experience. Participants have time to notice their own patterns, test a different response and make sense of what it means for the work they return to.

Breath and sound are used when they serve the purpose of the session: to create space, shift attention and make the learning felt rather than merely understood.

Psychological safety,
from the inside out.

How does it feel to speak up, disagree or admit uncertainty in this team? An experiential workshop exploring the bodily experience of safety alongside the leadership behaviours and working conditions that support it.

The focus goes beyond helping people feel calmer: it includes what happens when someone raises a difficult issue, makes a mistake or challenges a decision.

An example of the work

Self-leadership at the UN Staff College.

My work with Junior Professional Officers at the UN Staff College connected career direction and professional identity with the everyday practice of self-leadership.

We explored how habits, agency and regulation influence the way people work and lead. This included the physiology of leadership: noticing how physical responses to pressure can shape attention and behaviour, alongside the choices people can make about their direction.

The work brought career reflection and leadership development into the same conversation.
